Brewing Instructions
For a deeply healing and aromatic experience, simmer 1-2 teaspoons of Ayur-Chai in 1 cup of raw milk (or whole milk) with 1 teaspoon of ghee for 10-15 minutes. The healthy fats in milk and ghee act as carriers, drawing the herbs deeper into the tissues for enhanced nourishment and healing. Strain, sweeten if desired with raw honey or jaggery (after cooling slightly), and enjoy warm.
For a vegetarian or vegan option, use almond or oat milk and replace ghee with coconut oil. These alternatives provide a lighter, allergen-friendly option while still delivering deep nourishment.
